Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-12 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! If we encounter a problem, we will contact you with an update.  

STORE PICKUP: Store pickup is not possible. 

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY: Postage is paid by the customer and will be shown at checkout. 

DELIVERY TIMESCALES: 2 - 5 days. Orders placed before 13:00 will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 will be delivered the next day we are open. We will contact you should there be an issue with your order.

DELIVERY NOTIFICATION: When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: We currently only deliver to the UK Mainland 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at karen@shkarka.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
